I really appreciate the additional literature that you provided us, i.e., other places to experience. Visits to these additional sites and restaurants had not been previously contemplated -- what a mistake. They were great!

My husband and I are independent travelers. Armed with the most recent edition of Lonely Planet, we have explored various destinations on our own thrilled with the challenge of learning, exploring and forming friendships with locals. Although we prefer getting lost rather than having a tour guide take us around, we take exception to hiring a personal tour guide because it gives us a chance to get to know someone in addition to learning more about the sights. Chob blended so well with our personalities that we immediately felt very comfortable with him. He had a great sense of humor, was easy to get along with, was flexible with whatever you wanted to do and was very well-informed. We enjoyed hanging out with him just as much as we enjoyed the sights of Bangkok. When we visit Bangkok again (and we will!), we look forward to seeing Chob. It was 10am when we met Chob for the first time, and we talked about our private, individually tailored Bangkok tours. Chob was warm, friendly and energetic about our plans, instantly we felt at ease. Each day began with enthusiasm, every Temple has a history, every King Rama has a story, and every narrative of Chob has color and life. It is as if he is telling it for the first time. Chob effortless charm and historical knowledge made us feel like we were part of the Thai culture for those hours that we spent with him each day. Chop you made our first visit to Thailand, a wonderful experience. Both of our kids’ ages 8 and 10 loved being around you and your manner of dealing with them was excellent. You went out of your way by helping us get our laundry done outside the hotel and even helping Ivie have her glasses repaired. Being a frequent traveler to the City of Angels (Bangkok), I have many experiences with tour guide. None of them however leave a lasting impression on me. CHOB however is different. My first meeting with CHOB was in the year 2000 in Bangkok. Being the last day in Bangkok after some official work and feeling bored I decided to hire a tour guide to accompany me around. He arrived right on time (very punctual in fact). Having introduced himself, he quickly put me at ease with his friendly manner and sense of humor. After explaining to him want I intend to do, he quickly map out the itinery for the day to obtain my consent. Very professional and intelligent person. He was very accommodative to my request for frequent changes in tinier along the way since I am a very freckle minded person. I have a wonderful time with him. Enjoyed every moment of it. On my next trip back to Bangkok a few months later, I invited him for a friendly chat over dinner. Then on we became friend and I never fail to call on him every time I land in Bangkok. I am a journalist of many miles traveled and can report a rather worrying day following the first time I traveled the canals of Bangkok with Chop. It was when we were in The Emporium after five great hours of dining and sight-seeing that I realized I had dropped my wallet somewhere along the way. With a great deal of calmness Chop backtracked, via mobile phone, the places we had been to. The long and the short of the situation is we found, intact, the wallet. It was Chop's concern for his idiot client that impressed me along with his communication skills.
